Amtrac Manchester Concert reviews
Great Track! But needs work!
1) I am still sneezing from the weekend. Dirt/dust around the track made the experience less than desirable. Please cement every walking area, several areas needed to be finished.
2) Consider different drop points closer to the track. The benefit of parking offsite disappeared by the logistic nightmare that resulted from having everyone walk 1 mi to the buses, and having 100k people leaving at the same time.
3) Consider more points of sales, and better logistics. Buying anything was a nightmare, long lines, non-working credit cards, bad lines logistics.
4) The buses around the track were NOT enough. Although the track, and surroundings were well designed, I would look harder at how people naturally flow around the track. Consider being more practical in helping people quickly flow from one point to another.
Overall, we give the whole event an A+. Nonetheless, we did see lots of areas that can be improved. We understand the company has been working hard at getting everything ready for the weekend.
